Student Services Helpdesk Advisor (Part-Time)

University of Chester is seeking a part-time Student Services Adviser to join the busy Student Services Helpdesk at Exton Park, Chester. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff and stakeholders, handling enquiries via phone, email, web form and in person to resolve at first contact or refer to the right service.

You will need excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, triage issues, and respond sensitively to disclosures
