Student Recruitment Officer (f/m/d)

Full time (40 hours/week) - starting date: asap

As a Student Recruitment Officer at Webster Vienna Private University, you will coordinate our global outreach and student recruitment strategy. In a rapidly evolving educational landscape shaped by hybrid recruitment models, digital platforms, and increasing demand for personalized student experiences, your role will be pivotal in connecting the right students with the right programs - and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communication, you will work at the crossroads of recruitment, marketing, and admissions-co-developing innovative strategies, building strong relationships with key recruitment partners and school counselors, and coordinate the journey of prospective students from initial inquiry through to successful enrollment.

• Coordinate WVPU's global student recruitment efforts, managing the full recruitment lifecycle in close collaboration with the Admissions and Marketing and Communications teams.
• Drive conversion from lead to enrollment by:
  • Co-Designing and implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies (on-site, virtual, and hybrid);
  • Managing a robust network of education agents, school counselors, and recruitment partners;
  • Building authentic relationships with prospective students and their families; and
  • Aligning internal communications between academic departments and student services.
• Represent WVPU at local and international education fairs, high school visits, online recruitment platforms, and student-facing webinars;
• Organize and host on-campus and virtual events tailored for school counselors, education agents, and feeder institutions;
• Manage agent onboarding and performance, including:
  • Drafting and maintaining contracts and commission agreements;
  • Analyzing and interpreting conversion reports via CRM systems; and
  • Performing quality control checks and partner feedback evaluations.
• Monitor global education market trends and generate regular reports on student preferences, application behavior, and conversion rates;
• Utilize respective data and analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and refine targeting strategies; and
• Contribute to the development of personalized communications and student nurturing journeys that extend from first inquiry to matriculation.

• University degree (Bachelor equivalent);
• 3 years of relevant experience in international higher education student recruitment;
• Proven ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders;
• Willingness to travel for work, up to 50% of the time;
• Prior experience in sales is considered advantageous;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), any other language advantageous;
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to build rapport with international audiences;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and database management; and
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.

A competitive salary: The annual gross compensation for this position amounts to EUR 46.500,- (all-in; basis 40 hours/week), the final salary depending on your qualifications and experience;
