About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join us as a Student Recruitment Officer to help inspire future learners and guide them on their journey from first enquiry to enrolment.

Your work will blend communication, problem solving, planning, admin, and relationship building. It's a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on people interaction, and can balance multiple priorities while keeping service quality high.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, high quality information, advice and guidance
• Respond to enquiries from students, parents and schools
• Represent the College at open events, taster days and careers fairs
• Visit schools and colleges to deliver presentations and workshops
• Support major recruitment events across all sites
• Maintain enquiry data and support analysis of trends
• Liaise with curriculum teams to ensure course info is up to date
• Manage version control of marketing and admissions materials
• Support with social media enquiry handling and content ideas

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Strong communication skills - confident with groups
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Customer focused mindset
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Flexible and friendly team player

Great to have:

• Marketing or business qualification
• Experience in education or IAG
• Understanding of post 14 education routes
• Experience using social media for customer service
