Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader - Northampton

Morgan Hunt have partnered with a leading Further Education institution to recruit for a Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader in Peterborough. This is a full time permanent role paying £31,000. The primary function of this position is to lead their fantastic student recruitment team.

The Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of IAG Officers and additional staff
• Overseeing processes for student bursaries, transport, and funding documentation
• Coordinating recruitment events
• Working collaboratively across departments and campuses to share best practice
• Supporting the team to meet targets and grow student numbers

The Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader will need to have:

• Experience in leading a team within student recruitment
• Level 3 IAG (or above)
• Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Experience in further education or post 16
• Managing funding or student record systems

The Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader will receive:

• An annual salary of £31,000
• 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
