Student Progress & Academic Support Coach

West Herts College in Hemel Hempstead is offering a full-time Progress and Academic Support Advisor role. You will mentor and advocate for students, delivering personal development support to 16-18-year-olds and supporting a caseload across the School of Construction and Engineering.

The successful candidate will hold Level 2 Maths & English (or equivalent), be experienced with young people, and able to plan and deliver 1:1 and group sessions.
