- THE ROLE -

The post holder will provide an excellent, proactive service across the range of Student Operations activities and initial guidance and signposting on other non-academic related queries regarding, amongst other things, finance, well-being and employability. In addition to delivering an exceptional experience for our students, they will also be a key member of the team that will deliver the full cycle of activities including registration and enrolment, examinations, graduations, and maintenance of student records.

- ABOUT YOU -

  • Evidence of good standard of literacy/numeracy as demonstrated by qualifications at GCSE grade 'C' or higher, or by relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint in a work environment.
