We are now seeking a Student Induction and Community Assistant to play a pivotal role in enhancing the journey of our BCU students, working within the Student Induction and Community team and collaborating widely across the University and beyond.

The postholder also manages communications with stakeholders, monitors shared inboxes, processes orders and tracks expenditure, supports promotional content creation and digital uploads, gathers feedback for event evaluation, maintains process documentation, and undertakes general administrative duties, while also contributing to key university events such as enrolment, graduation, open days, and clearing.

Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities. A willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak induction periods is also required. Desirably, candidates will have experience working in a higher education or similar setting, along with an awareness of student experience and student engagement activities.
