Student Housing Resident Services - Front Desk & Helpdesk

Homes for Students is hiring a Resident Services Assistant in Brighton to provide a warm welcome for students and visitors and to support the campus operations team. The role includes reception duties, helping with enquiries, and assisting with open days, intake days and departures.

You will handle inquiries via email, phone and in person, delivering excellent customer care and helping maintain smooth daily operations in a busy student accommodation environment.
