Full Time 37.5 hrs and Part Time Available 15 hrs Rotating Shifts 5 days on 2 days off including weekends

Shifts include 7am- 3pm or 2pm -10pm
Immediate Start Commitment Until September

We are currently recruiting for a Student Experience Advisor's to join a busy

and vibrant student accommodation team based in Central Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, people focused environment.

Shift Pattern

Full-time hour

Rotating 2:00pm - 10:00pm / 7:00am - 3:00pm

5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis

Key Responsibilities

As a Student Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students.

Duties will include:

• Managing and distributing parcels and deliveries
  
  
• Carrying out regular building patrols
  
  
• Responding appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures
  
  
• Meeting and greeting students, visitors, and contractors
  
  
• Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently
  
  
• Providing excellent front of house customer service
  
  
• Supporting the onsite team with day to day operations
  
  What We're Looking For
  
  
• Previous customer service experience
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Reliable with strong timekeeping
  
  
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
  
  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
  
  
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
