Student Experience & Community Host

Unite Group, delivering housing under the Hello Student brand, invites applications for a Student Experience Team Member. This role focuses on welcoming students, resolving issues, and delivering a warm, safe environment that makes residents feel at home.

You'll work with a team across reception, housekeeping, facilities, and Resident Ambassadors to drive bookings and create a sense of belonging. A culture of care underpins our CARE values: Connect, Act, Respect, and Encourage.
