Student Engagement & Wellbeing Associate

The Bedford College Group is seeking an Associate Student Engagement Officer to join our Student Services team in Bedford. You will support student engagement, welfare and wellbeing, monitor campus presence and ID badge compliance, and help deliver enrichment programmes to boost personal development and positive behaviour.

You will work with safeguarding and wellbeing teams, record interventions in college systems, and be flexible to meet evenings or weekends requirements as needed.
