Student Attendance & Wellbeing Coordinator

Middlesbrough College is recruiting an Attendance and Pastoral Support Officer to support student wellbeing and engagement. The role is 18.5 hours per week during term time (40 weeks) and offers an actual salary of £10,810-£11,239 per annum.

You will monitor attendance, provide pastoral support, and handle administration as the first point of contact for attendance concerns. You will work with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning and deliver targeted interventions.
