Student & Guest Services Receptionist

University of Manchester is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Services Assistant to join the Accommodation team. You will be the first point of contact for students, guests, visitors, colleagues and contractors, helping to keep our busy residential receptions running smoothly.

You will respond to enquiries, support day-to-day reception duties, assist with access, mail, payments and administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
