Student Accommodation Contracts Manager

ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health is looking for a Contracts Manager for Student Accommodation at University College London. This permanent position involves overseeing contracts valued between £2m and £3m, ensuring compliance with operational and health & safety standards, and maintaining strong client relationships. Applicants should have experience in budget management, CAFM systems, and developing operational procedures. Training will be provided. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
