Job Description

Elevate Partners is working with an international financial institution that is looking to hire an Analyst / Associate into its growing Asset-Backed Finance team.

The role provides broad exposure to asset-backed lending, speciality finance and structured credit transactions and would suit someone looking to develop their career within a highly active, transaction-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation, underwriting and execution of asset-backed and structured lending opportunities.
• Build and maintain transaction, cash flow and credit models.
• Analyse underlying loan portfolios, asset performance and transaction structures.
• Prepare credit approval and transaction materials for internal committees.
• Participate in transaction structuring, due diligence, documentation and execution.
• Monitor existing investments, including portfolio performance, covenant compliance and key risk metrics.

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years' relevant experience within banking, structured finance, asset-backed finance, leveraged finance, securitisation, private credit or a related credit environment.
• Strong credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience analysing lending transactions, loan portfolios or underlying collateral would be particularly relevant.
• Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Exposure to lender finance, loan-on-loan, warehouse financing or portfolio financing would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working within a lean, transaction-focused environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
