Structured Finance & Derivatives Associate / Senior Associate

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will gain exceptional experience working on a broad range of complex structured finance and derivatives transactions across various industries. You will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with senior partners and associates on high-profile deals for a diverse international client base
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex transaction documents, including prospectuses, offering materials, and definitive agreements
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant regulations and market practices
• Assist with due diligence and other aspects of the transaction life cycle

Who We Are Looking For

• Has 0 8 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in a leading law firm or similar financial services environment
• Demonstrates a strong academic background in law, with a particular interest in commercial law and finance
• Possesses excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Is a highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
