Street Cleansing Frontline Lead - Drive Team Excellence

Merton Council is seeking a proactive Street Cleansing Chargehand to lead frontline teams and help deliver a high-quality cleansing service across the borough.

You will support Supervisors, deploy staff, and ensure work is completed to standards while using cab-based data capture and reporting tools. A full UK driving licence and cleansing experience are essential, with weekend shifts and safety checks part of the role.
