Responsibilities

Main duties:

• To lead strategic consulting projects and deliver actionable insights that support client decision-making and long-term growth.

The role:

• Manage projects independently and lead small teams
• Conduct primary research and strategic analysis to inform decision-making
• Present recommendations to clients and facilitate workshops
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for engagement
• Provide operational support and structure for complex problem-solving
• Actively contribute to internal innovation in methods, tools, and practices

Candidate's Profile

• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Experience in a strategy consulting or a strategic corporate role
• Master's degree required; MBA or technical background preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of MVPs and Lean Testing
• Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven
• Open to international travel
