We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Strategy Director in a global Marketing and Advertising company. The firm offers a wide range of marketing and advertising services including Digital Media, Programmatic Media Solutions, Digital & Interactive Creative, Mobile Marketing Services, and more.

The firm is seeking an experienced Chinese speaking director with a solid grasp of Western digital media and a fundamental comprehension of the Chinese digital industry to assist well known firms in developing fresh and imaginative marketing and media strategies to boost commercial growth.

• UK premised and available to attend London meetings.
• At least 6 to 8 years of digital media/advertising experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of China's digital advertising and news industry.
• Knowledge of the Western online media landscape, not only essential but also preferred.
• Excellent communication and presenting abilities in both English and Chinese.
• A strategic thinker with good leadership qualities.
• Aware of media conceptual frameworks, creative and budgetary constraints.
• Capability to estimate brand/DR campaign outcomes.
• Working knowledge of media research tools.
