Uitdagingen
As a Strategy Manager within CBS (Cross Border Solutions), you're part of the Strategy Development team. Your role is to assess business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and deliver well-founded recommendations. These strategic insights support senior leadership in shaping the future of CBS and its global logistics services.You'll work on unit, department and business model level, facilitating strategy development and building buy-in across the organization. Your proposals are based on thorough analyses, supported by both qualitative insights and solid financial business cases. Your work directly contributes to CBS's growth, profitability and long-term value.

- You're comfortable working in loosely structured environments.
- You have experience in international logistics, supply chain or e-commerce.
- You speak and write fluent English. A second language is a plus.
