Our client is a leading bank which is investing heavily in Technology and AI at an enterprise level and they are seeking a Strategy Manager to join their growing Customer, Product and Technology Strategy function in London to lead a number of strategic initiatives across their Lending business.

The role would involve working with senior technology stakeholders across bank to understand their key business objectives and to create innovative, customer/product-centric strategies to enable the objectives to be met. In practice, this would look like market research, competitor analysis, designing execution roadmaps and monitoring success metrics.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Hands-on experience in the definition of customer/product strategies, with a technology lens, in a complex Banking or Financial Services environment.
• Track record of strategy delivery, covering topics such as the design of training and communication strategies, monitoring of Objective Key Results (OKRs) and success metrics.
• Hands-on experience or a strong interest in emerging technologies and AI, ideally with experience in leveraging Tech/AI as part of strategy definition.

This is a fully permanent role based in Central London (2 days per week on site), paying c. £90-£95k (base plus bonus and other benefits).
