Job Description
  • You develop brand positioning strategies grounded in consumer insights, cultural context, and market dynamics
  • You identify white-space opportunities through competitor analysis, trend research, and foresight work
  • You build clear, compelling strategic frameworks that guide integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • You collaborate closely with Creative, Data, Paid Media, Influencer, and Client Services teams to turn strategy into standout work
  • You track campaign performance, interpret insights, and fine-tune strategies for maximum impact
  • You bring 2-5 years of strategy experience from a creative or digital agency setting
  • You have a strong grasp of brand development, audience psychology, and how culture influences perception
  • You're fluent in tools like GWI, Pulsar, or Brandwatch-and know how to turn insights into action
  • You're a natural storyteller with the ability to present ideas clearly, confidently, and with creative spark
  • You speak fluent English-other languages are a big plus in our international work
