Strategy & Transformation Manager - Denmark - 6+months

A major fashion client based in Denmark is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to support its Digital & Technology team during an important period of change. You will be a part of a team that works closely with senior leaders to guide the digital agenda, support major initiatives, and keep alignment across different parts of the organisation.
The position focuses on turning strategic ideas into clear, practical plans, working with teams across the business to ensure shared direction, and helping key projects move forward smoothly with strong momentum.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape the D&T strategic agenda, identifying key priorities and ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, outlining key milestones, expected outcomes, and cross-functional implications.
• Lead and structure high-impact strategic initiatives, providing analytical insights, business cases, and problem-solving support.
• Drive progress on major transformation programs, coordinating stakeholders, tracking risks/dependencies, and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Prepare executive-ready materials that simplify complex topics and support effective decision-making.
• Strengthen collaboration between D&T and business functions, ensuring consistent communication, unified planning, and visibility into progress and risks.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in strategy development, transformation, business planning, or similar fields.
• Background in management consulting or comparable strategic roles (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-framing abilities, with a talent for structuring ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in slide writing and senior stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive, collaborative, outcome-oriented mindset.
• A Master's degree in business, strategy, economics, engineering, or related fields.
