Strategy & Services Cost Lead

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking a Services Cost Manager - Strategy/Policy to lead the cost strategy for Trent 1000 & 7000. You will define robust cost commitments, manage CRP inputs, and drive cost reduction initiatives across Engineering, Operations and Finance.

You'll build governance, track performance against the Margin Roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure approvals and ensure long-term profitability of the civil portfolio.
