Strategy & Operations Associate - Scale Health Coaching

The Services team at Eucalyptus drives patient outcomes by delivering scalable health coaching. We seek a Strategy & Operations Associate to cover a 1 year fixed term maternity leave, handling cross functional projects, improving processes, and translating strategy into execution.

You'll work with Health Coaching Leads and other stakeholders to design systems, optimise workflows, and push initiatives from hypothesis to delivery. Ambition, problem solving, and a focus on impact are essential.
