The Position NorthMark Strategies is seeking a highly analytical and adaptable Strategy & Operations Analyst to support strategic initiatives across multiple business units. This role bridges strategy and execution by analysing complex business challenges, synthesizing data, and delivering actionable insights through business modelling and simulation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to enable business transformation, define operating models, and facilitate workshops that align priorities and co-create solutions driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: Assist in building and refining business models to identify synergies, optimise resource allocation, and maximize value creation across the group. Support the use of simulation techniques and analytical tools to evaluate strategic options, assess risks, and enhance business resilience. Contribute to the application of model-based systems engineering and other quantitative methods to address complex business challenges. Gather and analyse diverse data sources to generate insights that inform strategic direction and performance improvement. Integrate financial, market, and operational perspectives to uncover value drivers and emerging trends. Help prepare decision frameworks and evidence-based recommendations for planning and prioritization across the ecosystem. Support the facilitation of planning cycles (e.g., annual and multi-year plans) using robust frameworks and methodologies. Assist in documenting and communicating new strategies and operating models to stakeholders. Contribute to initiatives that promote cultural and behavioural shifts required for successful strategy implementation. Requirements: 5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, operations, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, modelling, or simulation. Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly. Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and strategic planning processes. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Exposure to model-based systems engineering, scenario planning, or advanced analytics. Experience in professional services, investment advisory, or multi-business group environments.
