Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Provide strategic support to senior executives
- Manage colleague engagement planning in line with strategic direction
- Monitor key projects and strategic initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Development of performance reporting for key metrics
- Financial analysis and budget management
- Support senior leadership in talent development and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with governance framework
- Significant input to function wide strategic initiatives
- Contribution and influence on policy and procedures for the function
- Planning, management, and consultation on multiple complex and critical strategic projects
- Management of a large team or sub-function, leading other people managers
- Few years of experience in positions with substantial responsibility
- Advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Knowledge of industry theories and practices
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at a senior level
