Strategy Analyst

- Gather and analyse market, competitor, and industry intelligence
- Track trends and performance across business units to support decision-making
- Evaluate new initiatives and business opportunities, sharing clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Support the assessment of potential partnerships and ventures, including M&A activity
- Contribute to business and venue planning, ensuring alignment with overall strategy
- Provide data, analysis, and commercial insight to guide strategic decisions
- Experience in strategy, planning, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial and analytical capability (e.g. DCF, IRR, commercial evaluation)
- Experience working with large datasets to generate insight
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power BI, or an interest in developing this skill
- Able to communicate complex information in a clear and structured way
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating evolving priorities
- Discreet and respectful when handling sensitive information
You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where ideas are valued and decisions are informed by insight. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to contribute to meaningful strategic work across the organisation.
Where:You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station and Blackfriars rail station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We welcome flexible working conversations.
