Strategic Works Scheduler - Property Services

Karbon Homes in Newburn/Stanley is seeking a Works Scheduler to join the Scheduling Team. You will assist in planning, organising and co-ordination of repairs and maintenance work to operatives, aiming to optimise performance, value for money, quality standards and customer expectations.

You will be well organised with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external customers, whilst working to tight deadlines in a busy property services environment.
