Strategic Transaction Diligence Lead

EY Ireland is seeking a qualified Strategy and Transactions professional to join our Dublin team. You will work on global, high-profile engagements involving financial due diligence, capital management and deal structuring for clients across sectors.

You'll analyse financial results, build analyses, and lead portions of client deliverables while collaborating with EY colleagues across SaT and other service lines. A strong academic record and ACA/ACCA qualification are expected.
