Lumesse is seeking a Talent Partner in Milton Keynes to lead the Group's talent and performance approach. You will work hands on with leaders to identify, assess, develop and retain future leaders while ensuring performance is managed fairly across all businesses.

The role covers talent reviews, succession planning and the rollout of the Group Performance Framework in Workday, backed by data and insight to support confident leadership decisions.
