Phoenix ME is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our UK and European recruitment strategy, partnering with the SLT and operations to build robust hiring processes, fully utilise the ATS, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, drive cost-effective hiring, build strong internal pipelines, and reduce agency reliance through referrals and targeted sourcing while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
