Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader - Multi-Site

Ibstock Plc is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across the business. You will report to the Head of Talent and Capability Development and deliver a one-to-three-year roadmap, strengthening direct hiring and reducing agency dependency.

You will personally lead senior appointments, manage partnerships, and develop a proactive Talent Acquisition team to meet current and future workforce needs.
