Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead (UK/EU)

A leading retail company in Leeds is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruitment performance and develop talent acquisition strategies. You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead a team of TA Partners, and ensure a consistent and effective candidate experience. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of recruitment experience, a strong understanding of pipeline strategy, and the ability to mentor others. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per year.
