Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead (12-Month FTC)

Mining Remediation Authority is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join the People and Organisational Development team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, leading and improving our recruitment service during a busy programme. You'll work with autonomy within a supportive team, build talent pipelines, advise managers and drive fair selection across the organisation.

You'll lead day-to-day recruitment, manage live vacancies from approval through to offer, partner with managers on
