Strategic Specification Lead (KBB/Construction)

GROHE is seeking an experienced Specification Manager to join our Projects UK team and drive specification-led growth in the West London region. You will engage architects, designers, developers and contractors, securing GROHE specifications across hospitality, residential and A&D projects, and ensure they are retained through order.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong technical product understanding, and proven ability to influence complex multi-stakeholder decisions.
