Strategic Sourcing Lead, Men's Leather Outerwear (EU)

Quince is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Manager for our Men's Leather Outwear category in the UK/Europe. You will identify and onboard new vendor partners from scratch and scale supply chains to meet cost, quality, and lead time targets.

The role focuses on building a sourcing operation with deep knowledge of category manufacturing and strong vendor relationships, driving efficient supplier interactions and continuous improvement across the supply base.
