Strategic Sourcing & Resilience Leader

Ultra PCS is seeking a Head of Sourcing & Resilience to lead strategic sourcing, supplier performance and supply chain resilience at its Cheltenham site. You will own sourcing strategy, risk governance, inventory readiness and supplier collaboration to meet customer commitments and future growth.

The role requires leadership experience in aerospace/defence, strong commercial acumen and a track record of reducing sole-source dependencies while developing high-performing teams.
