Strategic Site Facilities & Security Leader

GE Aerospace Wales is seeking a Site Facilities, Maintenance & Security Leader to drive safe, reliable operations across our Wales site. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage maintenance, security, and sustainability initiatives, and align site activities with global facilities priorities.

You will own budgets, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering on-site projects that improve employee experience and site facilities.
