This is an exciting new role for the St Gregory's community as we seek to continue to grow strategically, to develop inclusion practices and to be the school choice for many families seeking effective SEND support for their children and to be part of a highly inclusive environment.

It is the perfect role for someone who has a passion and dedication for children with SEND and Inclusion at the heart of their motivation. This is a strategic role that will provide the post holder with an opportunity to help shape the direction of the school as we enter a new era built upon solid foundations and success but with further potential to be realised.

The role requires a candidate who is resilient and possesses confidence with decision making that is right for children whilst being open minded about innovation, research, new practices and the views of others.

The post holder must be highly organised and lead teams of dedicated staff who are willing participants in supporting the needs of our young people.

You will be joining a team of staff who are open to new ideas and keen to take our provision forwards.

There is no teaching load for the post holder to undertake in this role but we do expect the post holder to be a qualified SENDCo and teacher.

Non teaching applicants will be considered depending on experience and track record in high quality SEND leadership.
