Strategic School HR Manager: Policies, Recruitment & Payroll

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function for a school in Sutton Coldfield. You will work closely with the Headteacher, SLT and Governors to deliver a strategic and operational HR service.

The role covers employee relations, policy development, recruitment, payroll, pensions and safeguarding compliance, with a focus on data protection and staff wellbeing. DBS checks are required.
