Strategic Reward & Compensation Partner

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Compensation & Reward to lead the design and delivery of a competitive reward proposition. You will partner with HR, Finance and Payroll to drive equity, data-informed pay decisions, and compliant governance across multiple sites.

The role requires strong analytical capability, deep knowledge of compensation and benefits, and proven experience delivering annual pay reviews and bonus cycles in FMCG/multi-site environments.
