Strategic Revenue Growth Leader

Crown Paints is seeking a senior leader to build and own the Revenue Growth Management capability from the ground up. You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior commercial leaders to define strategy, governance and tools, guiding teams through change and into day-to-day operations.

You will translate data into actionable growth opportunities across retail and trade, shaping pricing, promotions, portfolio and route-to-market while embedding a practical mindset and influencing
