Strategic Retail Account Lead - UK Grocery

Pilgrim's Europe in Uxbridge is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to own a strategic retail account, driving sustainable sales growth, margin and strong customer partnerships with major UK grocers.

You will lead Joint Business Plans, forecasts, budgeting, and negotiations, while influencing stakeholders across the business. The role calls for cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Product Development, plus coaching to build capability.
