Strategic Referrals & Assessments Manager - Drive Growth

Blue Ribbon in the North West is seeking a Referrals and Assessment Manager to lead the full cycle of referrals from assessment through admission. You will act as the first point of contact for referral enquiries and collaborate with Operations and Recruitment to drive safe placements and high occupancy levels.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will identify opportunities with commissioners and local authorities, build strong relationships, monitor KPIs, and report progress.
