GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a commercially focused People Business Partner to lead recruitment across the Group, owning end-to-end lifecycle from role briefing to onboarding and building sustainable talent pipelines.

You will partner with leaders to translate workforce plans into recruitment strategies, proactively source passive candidates, manage agency relationships, and provide pragmatic HR support while ensuring data protection and compliant processes.
