Job Description

Moove AV is seeking an analytical Real Estate Transactions Manager to drive site opportunities from initial interest to signed leases or purchase agreements. You will connect Legal, Finance, Technical and brokers to produce concise Investment Committee memos and maximize pipeline velocity while minimizing risk.

You will coordinate LOIs, due diligence, and closing activities, ensuring sites meet technical, cost, and regulatory requirements across UK markets.
