Strategic Real Estate & Facilities GM

Avison Young is seeking a General Manager to oversee the Strandbrook Estate's operational management, leading multidisciplinary site teams and ensuring high standards across health and safety, compliance, and service delivery.

You will work closely with the Asset Manager and project teams to mobilise new works, manage lifecycle investments, and drive improvements across a portfolio of premium commercial assets in the UK.
