Strategic Purchasing Manager - Hospitality (Multi-site)

Fire Group is seeking an experienced Purchasing/Procurement Manager to consolidate purchasing, procurement, inventory and stores across multiple sites in the Southampton area. This hands on role will centralise processes, strengthen supplier relationships and implement consistent stock management to drive efficiency and performance.
