Strategic Public Sector Finance Accountant

Reading Borough Council is seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team. This role supports budget management, provides financial insight and helps strategic decision making across a large, complex public sector organisation.

You will work with Finance Business Partners, budget managers and senior stakeholders to deliver robust budget control and professional financial advice, analysis and reporting to support both operational and strategic objectives.
